sky tech is my first pc and its perfect!!!I bought it about 2 months ago and it's performed amazingly! the pc runs smooth and performs great, I only had one minor issue, and they walked me through every step on what to-do, ever since it's ran amazing!! no problems since. They built it very well, and I'm happy to be a part of the sky tech family!!

It took me a hot minute of looking through and comparing but I think you guys stuck the landing now I just have to wait for the longest week of my life to get my pc Your definitely getting the most bang for your buck with skytech over all pleased with the price and quality

It is a very well built machine
It is a very well built machine, the wire harness in the back of the machine is very clean and very neat. The person who I was in contact with, Chris, was incredibly help and very nice and knowledgable.

Great customer and Technical Service
I downloaded a corrupt chipset driver. System halted. Got through to support very quickly and trouble shooted. Unfortunately I have to send it off. Probably a bad motherboard. But Eduardo Carrillo was very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. Hope I get it back soon. I will keep you posted.

ive had multiple issues the first pc i got didn't even turn on and now this one does weird stuff and doesn't show display when i turn it on i have to do weird stuff with my hdmi and power cord to get it to work

i like the computer i bought in and of…
i like the computer i bought in and of it's self, the system runs well and it works fine overall, but i had issues setting it up as it arrived on the weekend, and after powering it on and setting up, i started updating the software before doing any other software downloads, but while doing a video card software update the computer started was in a constant power cycle. unplugging the desktop did not work at first, and customer service was not available at all as again i received it on the weekend, i left it unplugged for 24 hours and tried it again on Monday before trying to reach out to support again and it loaded up, over all i am a month in and the computer has been fine has freaked out again with another video card update though... otherwise is over all ok. this hopefully will not continue though...

I made a mistake
Andre did a great job taking care of me and running through all of the possible issues that could have caused my problems but in the end it was I who messed up. I plugged the HDMI cable into the CPU instead of the GPU and that was causing all of my problems.

Chris was awesome. Made sure to email me to confirm my billing address being different than my shipping address was intentional, which I truly appreciated.
