They did a fantastic job planning the flights for our tricky multi-city trip, much better than I could have managed myself. They also found cheaper layovers, which saved us a good bit of money!
I booked a multi-city tour with four flights. Sky-Tours planned the routes better than I ever could have, and they even suggested cheaper layover options!
My cancellation because of illness was approved, but the refund took two weeks. The policy was clear, though, and support kept me in the loop.
The booking confirmation had a lot of fine print, which made it tough to find my flight time right away.
I paid extra for legroom seats, and the process was super smooth. My boarding pass showed the upgrade right away, so I didn't need to visit any desks at the airport.
This is the worst company ever. Please never book tickets from this website. No help and No customer service at call. There is no manager or supervisor to speak. Agent are practically sleeping on phones.
Very unhelpful and rude staff. Choose a different company. I couldn’t believe how poorly we were treated when trying to join the tour, having paid for the tour and found the tour guide. I’ve never come across such dismissive and rude behaviour from someone in a service industry. We didn’t know we were to meet at the office, and met the tour guide at the entrance, showed him our tickets and we asked if we could get the audio equipment. He didn’t have anything on him and he pretty much said to get away from him and just deal with the office in a very rude manner and gave us a number. He wouldn’t even tell us where their office was, or what direction to go in to get the audio equipment. Like even pointing in a general direction, or give us a heading of a “go north” type of response would’ve made it easier. We called the office anyways and asked them where they were and told them that we had a tour coming up soon, and we needed to go to them to hopefully get the audio equipment. The person on the phone was very rude again and couldn’t give us any directions as to where they were. They simply shouted down the phone that we had to find out where they were ourselves and then hung up the phone. I’m bewildered with how this company is still in operation with treating people like that. I’m not someone that would ever write a review like this, but just felt I had to with how horrendous this company is. We saw plenty of other tours going around with different flags. I’d say any other company would be better than this one. It was the 11am tour on the 4th September 24.
I would give them 0 stars! The creepiest, most unprofessional company ever! Just cancelled our flight, explaining two days after and one day before the flight that the airline could not complete the booking! At first, all was OK' then they changed the tune! Do not use, ever use their service! Liars, frauds, incompetents! Selling tickets that cannot be booked! I am stuck now in a foreign country because of these Jerks!
Excellent travel agent all thanks to vivienne. Wonderful patient helpful knowledgeable. She makes it 5 star. Thank you. Will def use skytours vivienne any more in future. Best experience in booking a holiday. Nothing too much trouble
I book 2 tickets whit them the fly was canceled for COVID they send me a voucher to use for a year and when I went to use my voucher didn’t work I call them and they say they just can give 30 % voucher for buy tickets.They stole my money 🐀🐀🐀🐀🐀
Very unprofessional untrusted site I have booked tickets they get my card details after 24 hours received email with stupid reasons i.e this deal is not available and within 24 hours other deals gone aswell so just due to them I had £300 loss just for trust them and suggestions for other don't buy through this dodgy site

I had a really good experiance with helpfull staff
Found a great deal for $290 (Vancouver to Toronto) on their website, it took my credit card number and gave me a confirmation number for the ticket. Got an email 24 hours later saying that they could not secure the fare, plus a few other non-existent reasons... Went on their website and got an online agent to help me out...after a few minutes, they could get the same ticket for $765. Tried to call customer service (1 888 408 9133), but the number only rang...Checked my credit card statement, the charges are pending. Will now have to get a new ticket off a more legitimate website and also call the credit card to make sure that the charges do not go through. Thanks for nothing Sky-Tours!
Please avoid doing business with this company asI am very disappointed with what I have purchased as price that was given did not include your baggage and after I had paid for the flight tickets and I received my e tickets they showed that we only had hand baggage allowance. I had to pay an extra 125 USD on top of what I originally paid which took me over budget.Why was the normal baggage allowance of 20 kg per person not included or the client notified that this?They apologized and offered me a 25 euro discount from my next purchase with them.This is an insult and I will never use this company again absolutely disgraceful.

Tried to book flights with Skytours, and each time I had fill out all the information and go to pay there comes a popup saying that the price for the flight has been and new price is significant higher. Happend both today and yesterday. Not a serious player in this market - avoid them.
Tried to book two seperate flights with Skytours, and each time we would fill out all the information and go to pay, and there comes a popup saying that the price has dissappeared, you now need to pay an extra $400. Not a funny ploy.
I had good experience with Sky Tours, the staff is really helpful , polite and expedient in solving the problems. I would recommend to anyone
