Great experience with SmartMD. The on-site trainings were well put together, the customer service is great. The trainers were very patience with me and my staff. The follow up weekly meetings was great as it provided me the opportunity to ask questions in reference to any issues or concerns I may have encounter once we went live with the forms. Also, the weekly follows were to ensure the process was flowing smoothly and efficiently. I would recommend this program to anyone who prefers to have electronic documents. It's simple for the patients and caregivers to follow and there is always a support provider to assist with any needs.

The platform was easy to roll-out, is user-friendly, and gives us deep insights about our referrals, pipeline, and supports our intake, admissions, and HIM teams. SmartMD is the greatest gift that my organization ever gave to my department. It has made our job so much easier and has made it possible to reach out to our patients immediately. Lorna did an EXCELLENT job of onboarding our agency with SmartMD - from setting up providers and insurance carriers in the system to training staff on data input and billing processes. She was always available by phone or email to answer any questions we had along the way. Reports are always delivered on time each week as per our specifications, and she calls to check in regularly to make sure things are still running smoothly. Our A/R has vastly improved since partnering with SmartMD. Highly recommend both SmartMD and Lorna in particular! A+++ and 5 star service!

The transcription services have been excellent. I have had no problems at all and the transcriptionist has virtually made no transcribing errors. Turnaround time is within 24 hours .. Billing and payment is super easy as well. Overall of the service is exemplary. I would recommend it to anyone that is looking for transcription services

SMART MD is the best thing that I have done regarding my clinic. It has not only cut down time for accurate documentation but the team is always on top of making sure notes are in appropriate order and added in time. Additionally they were able to make templates for routine notes. They are always willing to discuss making things better and adaptive with patient care and quality.
