So far so good!

Good price, quick response, no problems in our history of ordering.

Would use another company if I could go back in time

Placed over $1000 order for our open house 5 weeks prior to event, was told that was plenty of time. After 2 weeks, called to check, was told I'd receive a call back by two different employees, no one called back. I have now ended up having to call over 6 times to check on the status, 2 items have shipped (one on time and one late), the other 2 haven't shipped and we're at the 4 week mark. Only individual who gave me information was Bill, who told me three out of the 4 vendors changed suppliers, which is highly unusual. Overall really disappointed in my experience. Lack of communication is the biggest concern, I will likely move to another company as they cannot provide firm answers or explanations.

Made an order from the UK. Customer service was spot on from the initial online chat and conversation online with Kathi. Kathi went out of her way to keep me informed re my order and shipping. Received today and I couldn't be happier. Thank you.

I've never had a bad experience with this company. All reps are eager to accommodate my ordering in any way possible and they are always extremely prompt in responding to any questions I may have. Everyone would be very fortunate to have their rep be Robert Durso!

Excellent products and service, website ordering difficult

Excellent products and services. Have always had problems with ordering via the website, however. Our previous personalization is either not available to load or the editor errors so it can't load. Every time I have to wait at least a couple additional days to contact Smart Practice by phone and get the proofs approved. It would be great if this part of the website would be updated.

You're mostly awesome

You're mostly awesome. But the fact that we can't easily find the items we want to reorder and have to click on all our old orders to see what was in each one wastes a lot of time. And sometimes, if we ordered too long ago, you don't even show it ever happened. It is frustrating.

SmartPractice is a business model for excellence. I am always impressed and amazed at their ability to perform excellent customer service. I'm a stickler for that myself. Honestly, if I didn't work for Dr. Radcliffe and Dr. Alex Scott, I'd want to work for this company. :-)

We've been using SmartPractice for…

We've been using SmartPractice for quite a while now and have never had a bad experience. Very good pricing on everyday supplies like charts, stickers, etc. as well as some custom promotional goods. And our rep Teri is wonderful, very helpful, goes out of her way to check on us periodically as well as assisting us with our important promo orders. I would definitely recommend them!

Customer for years

I have been working with Smart Practice for several years. I have always felt that the reps I worked with were always super helpful. They have gone above and beyond for our office. Back when they were selling dental supplies I never allowed another company to try and take our business just because of the customer service. Now that they do only the marketing, I work with Susan. She is the best! She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful when designing our products. Gives good advice on what works, finds ways to help us save money, and she is super sweet! I would always recommend Susan at Smart Practice for your marketing needs!!
