Definitely the worst experience with a…Definitely the worst experience with a proprietary table I've ever had, the second phase for the real account was approved, the contract had already been signed for the credentials to be released, but for some reason the support told me that I used EA to execute the operations , which was not true, I sent prints, videos, links, myfxbook, mql so that they could see that all operations were performed manually and quickly, support just replied to me twice saying that they could not deliver the real account credentials, and didn't bother to look at the proof I sent her, all other emails, and attempts to contact the company were ignored by them.

SPT did not give me my funded account!
I passed my Phase 2 account on 5th September, 2024 and I signed my SPT Customer Agreement on the same day. However, to my surprise on the 12th September, 2024, I received an email from SPT stating that my trading styles and behaviors exploiting of a Demo Environment for my account: 5001880.SPT did not give me, my funded account or refund for my fees. I am very dissapointed, and until now there is no positive response from SPT. No further explanation was given to enlighten me further on this accusation. I am still hoping that SPT will give me my funded account or at least refund my fees, soonest possible!After a few months waiting, I decided to write this review so that other traders will not experience the same fate as I am.

Stay away from this company because they are unreliable, deny me my reward, and ignore my messages. It's a waste of time and money so avoid trying them if you don't want to lose your funds. Choosing to move on with PAIVA has been the best decision so far.

They banned my account the day before my payout. No reason given. I reached out to customer support who said they would get back to me but just ghosted me instead.Please, if you have any payout issues. Google the Attorney Generals in Texas and surrounding states and send in official customer complaints and explain how the company has scammed you.

Don't Trust this Company…
After trading this account for a couple of months, I passed in september and to be denied a funded account for a bogus reason of "General Exploitation of a Demo Environment, HFT." I see that this isn't the first time they did this to a trader. This company is going under. DON'T TRUST them.

They are dishonest and breach profitable traders with unjust excuses and have very slow payouts.
I started here with a big discount on a 10k challenge and all went very smooth. It took me about 4 months to get funded with my strategy and then I got my first 4% profit on the account payout! With the profits I passed another challenge of 100K. Then their troubles began: they changed trading platforms multiple times and their payouts became inconsistent, hopping from one payment platform to another. Apparently they are going under recently since they just breached my accounts for some silly reason based on some trades from long ago placed during the challenge phase of my first 10k challenge, even after my interview in which everything was reviewed and approved when I went live and showed consistent results. This fake breach happened right after I traded myself consistently to a 4000$ profit last month. DO NOT TRUST this company, they turned to dishonest practices after some key management people left.

After passing my challege and verification I didn't get a funded account due to "General Exploitation of a Demo Environment, HFT". I asked them to point out specific trades that violated these rules. They sent me a list of trades and they wrote "A couple of trades held for only a couples of seconds to capitalize off of latent market moves and / or following an HFT server's trades.". Every one of these trades held over 1 minute, some of them held 8-9 minutes. All of these trades were break evens or stop losses, I didn't make money on any of these transactions. But when I proved them wrong they just stopped answering my messages.

Just an update after I got the second payout I received an automated email 2 days later about a breach. quote: "Specifically, showed signs or exercised General Exploitation of a Demo Environment across your accounts." Since i only had only one funded account which had consistent profit and growth since I got it few months ago I asked support to elaborate the breach and not only the haven't answer but the delete my account totally and I don't even have access to my dashboard...Previous commentI got already a second payout with this prop firm from my funded both received under 24 hours. It takes a little bit of effort to navigate through your dashboard and find the right tools but their support is super responsive and helpful providing solutions in minutes.

I passed my 10k challenge more 3 months ago but cos not complete my verification cos my id was not ready. Now I have my driver's license and I complete my registration, and even done the selfie part then it says it's can't verify my profile. The customer support,Elsa is said there nothing that can be done cos I tried 2 times. This is scam to me. Refund my money since you can't complete my verification for reasons unstated. Same as other profitable traders here. I mannually trade my account, never use any HFT or EA trades, wait for 28days and the day before payout they send me email says"exercised General Exploitation of a Demo Environment" and then BAN all my access. They just give a nonsense reasons without proof of evidence and try to not pay traders. Completely SCAM. Don't waste time on it. Very disappointed.

I do not recommend this company. The days of inactivity were 30. I log in and do one trade every month. Today I log in ... my account is closed. They changed their rules from 30 days to 14 days. I was not notified in any way. Can I log in every day and check if they have changed the rules!!! If they had sent me a message.

Detailed Negative Review - Passed Both but Not Funded. And Banned?!?!
I really hoped this was a legit company. But based on all my experiences with them, I have to agree with some of the bad reviews. The articles are written by the same guy, which felt kind of like a smaller than small company. But the trading rules were in line with what I had with SurgeTrader whom I miss tremendously. The price was right, and they had a great sale going. Why not right? I read and re-read the trading rules to make sure I was following them. I could trade news. (Not that I do trade news, I just hate being penalized because my stops or pending orders hit when news affects them.) I could hedge within the account. Yay! Just what I wanted. What they did to this old grandma was completely unfounded.Here's my story.I bought account after account and failed, bought another and passed phase 1 but failed phase 2, typical stuff, blah blah. But something happened with this last account I bought. I passed phase 1 and got the certificate of passing in my dashboard, but no email. No credentials for phase 2. But...it was set up in my platform, so I was able to trade phase 2 anyway. For some reason it was listed as "live" instead of "demo" and I wrote to ask why, and I never got a response. I was able to complete phase 2 in 1 day. I was very lucky because I had a plan for how to trade after the debate and it went exactly like I wanted. I would get a little profit and put my stops in and just work my way up. It was a day of trading perfection. I was elated! But after passing phase 2, I received no email then either. I lookd in my dashboard and it did show the certificate. So yay, I passed both phases. But I had to write to customer service yet again to ask about funding. She said they would get back to me in 24 hours. Not a surprise - they didn't.I wrote again and she forwarded that message on and I wondered if they were going to retaliate, and my bad feeling was well founded. They did write back this time, like really fast. They wrote that I had violated "general Exploitation of a Trading Environment" So I went to visit the link for probably the 10th time but this time to see what I did. Nope. I didn't do any of that.Latency Arbitrage - nope, I didn't have any latency, and I loved their platform. It was one of the nicest I had been on.Taking Advantage of other Glitches - Again nope, I didn't experience any of those. Everything ran fast and smooth. I had a really lucky day. And now they not only are denying funding me but now they are sayind thanks for using the service but they want to ban me for breaking some made up rule because I had a lucky day!I'm sure if they reply (which it would be in their best interest to do) they will concoct some story and I don't think I will get to respond so they will get the last word and I'm sure it will sound plausible. But...if they actually take responsibility and fix the issue, I will be back to revise. And I'm sincerely hoping that will be the case. Until then, I'mlooking for a legit and fairly run prop firm.
