Denis - Super problem slayer!
Denis, spent nothing short of 1.45 hours with me trouble shooting problems that began from my computer purchase and software installation (that I was unaware of and not caused by Softwaredepot). He gave me step by step information for after our session ended and another life line should I not be able to complete the process as it was very time consuming and lengthy. Nothing was too hard for him to problem solve for me which was a complex issue that a mere mortal like myself had no chance of fixing.Thanks Softwaredeopt, can't recommend them enough!

Buying is easy, Installing easy, Activation - not so easy!
Buying the license and downloading seemed easy enough, until my order was put on hold for verification for 20 minutes.Then after the install of Windows 10 when I went to activate the product I got an error code from Microsoft's servers saying the key had been used in another install and I couldn't activate Windows.Not Impressed. So I called on the phone number - it rang out. I got a call back from a Philippines call centre 10 mins later. By this time I was already in a chat support session with another operator. Both were very helpful in trying to rectify the activation issue. Kay was the operator who was able to sort my problem which took about 45 minutes from when I first made contact.I had to open a remote desktop session for Kay to check some things on my PC and enable activation. Which she did and all was made good inside an hour. Not the greatest first experience with this company, but the support was there and for a a saving of over $100 on the RRP, I can live with that.I'm going to put it down to something wrong on Microsoft's validation servers because the key was genuine. I believe Kay was able to activate Windows by phone on my behalf. All good in the end.
