Travis was great. I unfortunately order the wrong size for my replacement rear roller. He responded within 24 hours. Gave me a link to the correct part and provided me with clear instructions regarding the return and refund process.

Customer service went above and beyond with my issue with our treadmill. Helped with troubleshooting the issue and recommending the correct parts after my diagnosis was incorrect. You cannot get this type of detailed assistance from one of the generic parts websites. There help is much appreciated, something you don's see much of these days.

I ordered a new walking belt for my Sole treadmill. It appeared my order was delayed as my payment was pending. I called twice but didn't leave a message. Shortly I received a call stating it looked like they missed a call. We went over my order and the OEM belt was back ordered. They did have a commercial grade belt. I cancelled the original order and ordered the new belt which shipped that day. If I or my son needs a part for our Sole treadmills we will start with Sole Fitness Parts
The part is 12" to short called, I called twice now and still no call back

It was easy to find the parts I needed for a 2020 Sole E25 Elliptical. Shipped quickly. Called with a question, and a representative picked up after only a minute on hold.
I ordered a rail for my wife's elliptical. Great price and fair delivery cost. The company shipped it quickly and all was well. After a few days, I got a tracking update that said my package was damaged and discarded. I emailed Sole Fitness about it and Travis responded saying he would look into it. Travis got back to me quickly and said they shipped me a replacement. It arrived in a timely manner. I can't say enough about their customer service and Travis, they are top notch!
Part has a different plug and does not connect to my equipment.

The representative that I spoke with was excellent. He gave great advice and told me exactly what i had to order and knew exactly what the problem was. The parts came quickly and I was able to fix my elliptical and it is working fine. I highly recommend Sole for your exercise needs.

We ordered from another site and they were the wrong size. I couldn’t find anywhere to order from the manufacturer, somehow I was directed to sole fitness parts and they delivered the correct parts in a timely manner, and cheaper than the other site thank you!
Due to a mixup where the drawing applied one number that didn’t match the parts list, I received the wrong part.A quick email to customer service explaining the mismatched references was answered quickly! I assisted them to get the parts list squared with the drawing to prevent the mistake from happening again.The part I needed has been ordered with some delay as it was out of stock.All the other parts ordered were received in good shape and minus the part still outstanding, the treadmill is much better without loose parts!I’m extremely happy with the service and the parts provided!
