THEY DO NOT PAY THEIR SUBCONTRACTORS
They refuse to communicate with us. The work is done, the invoice filed. The repeated statements are that they will pay us when they receive payment from the bank - which is illegal. It's not just us, they are doing this to many subcontractors and even their suppliers. If you care about "the little guy" with the small businesses to run that support this business, do not hire them. We have spoken with the business owner where the work was done and they said that they have gotten many calls from lawyers about liens that will be placed on them (in Pennsylvania, a subcontractor has to place a lien on the place where the work was done & the owner of that company has to work it out with the Contractor to get the subcontractors paid.)
