Amazing and happy I went through with it!
Okay, so at first I was a bit scared of their refund policy statement. But after ordering from them and having spoken to them over an issue with a torque fitting, I have to say that they are the real deal. The person that helped me was very knowledgable, more than eager to assist me, and even after I made it work, they still gave me a refund even though I had not mentioned it or was expecting it. You can tell they are very enthusiastic about what they do and they love their job. Also, this is one of the only places I could find in North America that didn't have some big upscale charge on the overseas parts I ordered. So not only were they friendly, they save me from a 100 dollar + shipping charge. All the parts I got, minus that one torque fitting which was a machine error, not a shipping error, were brand new and worked as they should have. Another quick side note: it took them only ten minutes to respond to my help post to their email. Not only am I thoroughly satisfied, I will be ordering from them again very soon since I need another rad and a d-rgb splitter to expanding my loop.
