Why can't you make it right? like a good company
I received my order everything was completely warm which I understood it was hot time of the year, but it was packed with plastic lunchbox ice packs, not dry ice like most of them come, I contacted them they told me they would send another one out next week, so I waited the next week but I never received the delivery. I contacted them again to find out about my order and that's when they stop responding to my emailsm, (all 6). So I tried calling. I always get the same guy he always tells me texting my order number and he'll take care of it I've tried this four times nothing's ever happened. Not only am I out $166, but I'm forced to waste my time calling and emailing and now complaining. Way to run your business
