It was just ok.
Overall the experience was good. The areas of opportunity for improvement are as follows:-When we are paying extra money for a specialized operator it would be great if that operator had English as their native language. The accent of the operator was challenging for us as leaders to hear and for the participants.-The scheduling was mixed up by no fault of our own. Luckily, Becky Behan came to the rescue and she and I were able to quickly implement intervention to prevent a disaster. We paid entirely too much money for it to have been that screwed up. We as customers did everything we were asked to submit changes and preferences long before the event and the changes and preferences still were not correct until Becky and I intervened. The transcription document was fantastic and we were quite impressed. There were a few typos but overall it was great.
