Order a spice that only they carry. 11/11/24 I received an email that order was received. No money ever came out of my account and still not showing it was sent! Tried to contact with no luck. I wouldn’t order from this place.
I placed an order 5 days ago, order status hasn't changed from "pending", no response to my email. Bad enough I paid double price for seasoning plus $9 shipping, total $28 or two 9oz bottles of dry seasoning. Requesting a refund, I should have read reviews prior to ordering. Customer service is horrible these days, sad.
I have depended on SpicePlace to supply my business for four years now and I am only sorry that I have waited this long to write this review.Their prices are right on the market if not better. Customer service always answers the phone without a wait. The service is personal and could not be better or more friendly and their fulfillment has never failed me in a pinch. And, I depend on it for my American restaurant in Europe!I’ll never have the need for any other supplier!
I should have know better just looking at their website. I placed an order in September 2022 and the transaction was processed January 2023 with no email communication. Not surprisingly I'm still waiting on a response as I do not wish to give them my money so many months after I have ordered a product. Shocking
