Hi, my name iz Ivana Mazic and i was register a long time ago in spinpalace and have and deposit and withdrawals. On 3.07 they send me a promotion through mail of 100% freebet up to 300 eur, i was made deposit of 200 eur and claim that promotion strictly stay terms 1.3 odds minimum and 5x rollover. Tomorrow also send me 100% which i claim with 150 eur and the third days i was claim 3x 100% promotion with 3x150 eur cause i was deposit and place all deposit and they immediatly give me aditional freebet offer with 100%. First wheni was rollover 1000 eur over 1.3 odds they wasnt add freebet of 200 eur, and i was on chat, they ve told me that they change only for me terms on 1.8 odds and 7x rwagering. And CAN YOU TELL ME IS THIS NORMAL TO CHANGE WHEN YOU WANT TERMS OF PROMOTION AND EVEN DONT INFORM COSTUMERS??? Can you explain how can i know how much i must then rollover, to guess or what. But no matter, i wasnt complete that offer, only the first and my bank was raise on 1629 eur. That mean all promotion are expired and i wasnt use that freebet. On 12.07 on chat told me that i will be able to withdraw tomorrow when my promotion is expired. Tomorrow i wasnt be able to withdraw automaticaly but on chat they was left me to withdraw and told me that i am able to withdraw and i was make withdraw on 1630 eur. Untill tiday my money wasnt payout and i see that my account is locked, no mail , no inform, nothing. I was on chat and everything is what i get is that is his decision to took all my withdrawals and nothing else. Please, help me to get my money. Even thy ve took my deposit of 800 eur also and winnings. This is embarrassing, this is abnormal, this is sinously, unallowed.

Horrible bookmakersAfter I won 4.200 euro on my Spinaccount in like a month playing, I tried to withdraw. They blocked my account and withdrawn just back my deposits. They told me its a management decision and they can't change it, they also said they can do this anytime whenever they want(read their terms). Neither can I get in touch with their management I can only talk with their stupid live chat who doesn't know anything about their platform.

On a positive note, I had a live chat with a rep. They were very patient and informative. Unfortunately, this sportsbook looks quite unprofessional and appears not to adhere to the industry standard.
