I deposited 30$ on this site and had a 6$ bonus I won 1500 I couldn't withdraw it until I played pass the roll over which was $1445. I tried to withdraw it then got a message saying it's been rejected because I didn't meet the criteria! I messaged customer service they replied and explained that I can only play certain slot games with the bonus which I did, I screen shotted my bet history which showed I played a slot game which met the criteria. I didn't get my money back after back and forth conversations I got scammed I don't recommend this pokie site.

Leave well alone

Certainly up there with one of the worst online casinos I have come across. Slots are restricted amount on certain games. But the main problem is the customer service, hard to ever get a response from them. I have submitted all the documents they requested to process a withdrawal (funny they don’t ask you for these when depositing), then I chase them to make sure they received the documents to which I am told they haven’t even though I had a read email notification, uploaded them through online chat to be told it’s 10 days to review the documents, by which point it will be close to a month, no sign of my money. I would strongly advise not using this site, there’s loads of sites that have great customer and instant withdrawals. NOT this one!
