Disreputable Company
This company is a lie and a farce. I placed an order with them in November 2025 for Christmas and still have not received it. I have asked that they credit my account and refund my money to no avail. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They will steal from you. They are China based snd once the order supposedly gets to the US they blame US Postal Service for failure to deliver. All I want them to do is credit my account! It’s not a hard thing. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!! It is worth even one star. BEWARE!!! DO NOT ORFER GROM THIS COMPANY…

Cat toys flying birds
I ordered 2 "flying" cat bird toys. Ad shows cats running all over trying to catch the flying toys (NO STRINGS). I received them and was excited to have my cat play with them. I spent over $40 for 2 tiny birds that DO NOT MOVE. I believe this site is fraudulent and a scam. Then, when trying to contact by web supplied on email receipt, they wanted to charge me $70 to talk with someone who was going to "walk me through" the process. BEWARE ON ALL FRONTS!

Terrible service, I emailed the team about 6 times over the 2 month period while I was waiting for my order, they clearly didn’t look into it and kept telling me it was on it’s way. When I finally got fed up and said I was disputing it with my bank they actually looked into it, it had been delivered elsewhere and then returned but won’t go back to them. So if I want the goods I would have to pay due to their loss of product! Horrible service, I couldn’t have given them more chances.

I ordered what I thought was a cute gift for my grandkids for Christmas. Item was allegedly sent from Croatia on 12/12/2025. In is 1/15/2026 and no item has arrived. I got a notification from the postal service that I had an item with illegal postage yesterday. This company is 100% SCAM! DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING!!!!

It has been months since I ordered and PAID for an item. The tracking system is suspicious by now. It says it was shipped from Italy, and no approximate date to arrive in the US. I'm starting to think this is FRAUD.

I placed my order three weeks ago, was told it was in Ireland, customs, didn’t hear anything tried to track through Fed Ex, they couldn’t find the tracking number. I reached out to customer service and they said it was in China! They are lying, thieving scammers. DO NOT BUY anything through them.

Almost 2 months since placed order, finally received email stating was delivered… but to the wrong city from address input. ‘Support’ sent a DIFFERENT tracking website and package number than had originally and have received nothing with no help at all.

I ordered a Multifunction Car Anti-Slip Mat🚗Black. It’s been over a month and I still don’t have it. They changed the information in the tracking software to show delivered, however earlier that same day it was still in a totally different state. PASS THE WORD, THEY’RE NOT TO BE TRUSTED! I will never see the anti slip Matt!! I’ve tried contacting them several times but I get nothing other than the run around. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!

I wish they had negative stars available. I ordered a 3-Pack of a bra tunic shirts. Only a single shirt was eventually delivered. One shirt not 3. I contacted their customer service who keeps insisting their shipping department said the order was correct. When I suggested they compare the weight of their shipment to the weight of 3 shirts they will see their own proof, they offered me a $3 refund. Since I pd $36 USD for 3, this was obviously not acceptable. They are horrible to deal with. Pretty good scam….get paid for 3 but only send 1.

Placed an order 2 months ago, keep getting the run around, refuse a refund, in the same day sent 3 emails, one was in customs, then in my area, then delivered last month. This is a scam website!!! Do not order. China just robbed me of my last 40 they will ever see and yes it comes from China. Oh and also I was sent an email about tariffs was another excuse. There needs to be a lawsuit
