Excellent Experience
Scott came to our home to fix our old Navien tankless water heater. He immediately diagnosed the problem as a leaking heat exchanger. He said that we either need to replace the heat exchanger or purchase a new Navien. He then offered to contact Navien and see if by any chance, the old Navien was eligible to be under their 15-year warranty. The next day Scott received a new Navien, at no cost to us, which was an upgrade to my old Navien. The same day he came and expertly de-installed the old Navien and installed the new Navien. He modified the plumbing to work with the new Navien and he was a wizard with the PVC. Scott was a joy to watchScott saved us thousands of dollars. He could easily have sold us a new unit but instead, went the extra mile.We will be Stan The Hot Water Man customers for life.
