I appreciate Vikash stepping in at the last minute to cover for a trainer in a different timezone.
Based on the examples that Vikash gave, I felt like Vikash had actually worked as an RTE in a professional setting. Rather than just giving textbook examples.
I think it would have been better if Vikash had prefilled out answers for some of the exercises that way we could review his responses after we reviewed ours because most of the exercises were done before we went over the topic. Or the course needs to change some of the exercises to be after the topics.
I do have course feedback. It would be nice to have some tools or links to the toolkits for use at the company for every slide where the RTE has just learned a new activity/ceremony that they would need to prep for.
