Unprofessional Treatment and Workplace Concerns at Stealth Monitoring Mississauga
I am writing this review to express my profound disappointment with my employment experience at Stealth Monitoring Mississauga.During my tenure, I encountered several issues that I believe warrant serious attention to future applicants.Workplace Discrimination and MarginalizationDuring my training phase, I was subjected to marginalization, bullying, and dismissive treatment from colleagues. This created a hostile work environment that significantly impacted my ability to perform my duties effectively.Safety and Security ConcernsDespite completing over 30 days of training, I was not provided with a keycard but my other colleagues were, This oversight led to a dangerous situation where I was locked out of the building during severe winter weather at sharp 8 in the morning forced to wait for assistance in harsh conditions and was considered a late clock in as it was a "me issue".The explanation given was "security reasons," which seems inadequate given the length of my employment.Unauthorized Schedule ChangesHR representative Gangotri Banerjee unilaterally changed my work schedule from part-time to full-time without my consent or consideration of my original application for a part-time position. When I was unable to commit to this unauthorized full-time schedule, I was unjustly terminated.Inconsistent Policy EnforcementWhile there is a strict policy against cellular device usage for employees, supervisors were observed regularly violating this rule without consequence. This double standard creates an unfair work environment and undermines the integrity of company policies.These experiences have led me to question the organization's commitment to employee well-being, fair treatment, and professional standards. I respectfully alert similar future applicants be aware of these concerns to prevent similar situations from occurring in the future.
