I order bolts for mit sucksck 10 crossbow and…
I order bolts for mack 10 crossbow and thought the bolts I order don't fit in the mac 10 and if they said they are different thickness you can not if you are a buyer dont no there is thicker sizes so the bolts I order are not right 2 packs of them so yes I'm up set it would cost me more to get them back to you sinsely Michael Dinardi

Compact mod doesn't work with the M10
Compact mod doesn't work with the M10. The rails are uneven and the hooks catch on the mag quick release. Terrible quality control and a complete waste of time and money. Disappointing to say the least...

Bow it's self is awesome
Bow it's self is awesome. The person I happened to contact at the company was rude about returning it. Took almost two weeks to get an email back. At that time I had assumed I was screwed and already thrown out all the old packaging. Told him I was disabled and was returning it because it was harder for me to engage. Going to return with a smart-a email about me 'not liking it'. Bad apple in the company it seems. As I said the product itself is badass, awesome design. Works fantastic for what I wanted it for.

Was expecting just a tad bit more care…
I’m not one who usually complains about anything, although I had some minor problems with my delivery of the crossbow m10. When I received my package the stock, m10 upper, and lower were all cut from the plastic zip ties inside the box and had I assume been opened ( before or after purchase ) and rolling around during the delivery. The magazine connected to the m10 upper was also visibly cracked, and slightly busting at the crack. I had informed Steambow via Email, and I am yet still waiting on a response, hopefully a replacement for the magazine Atleast. Other than that the crossbow functions perfectly with the other magazine it came with, the 75ib limbs pack a punch on my 3 layer straw target! Going all the way though with just plastic practice bolts haha. Currently waiting on my 150ib limbs to arrive looking forward!

so i contacted steambow because the pumpaction ssytem i have doesn't even fit on the ak-47 stinger i waited so long for this and had to pay import fees for something i could have 3d printed better..they now ask for proof lol.. so i sent a video i wish i could up load here

To expensive for what u get
It's a really nice crossbow but the shipping cost me more than the bow and even after all I paid for shiping I had to pay another $125.57 at my door or they would not hand it over so in total it cost me 987.57 to get to my door in canada so in my opinion it is not worth that kind of $ wish I would of bought something eles cause for that amount could of got something alot nicer than this
