From the initial contact from Michele, communication was spot on. I always knew the status of things. FedEx called, we set the time and voila; couldn't have been a more pleasant transaction. Setting up the unit was simple. Just a screwdriver needed. Overall, very good value for the investment. If all my business transactions were this successful I'd be a happy man.
I had a few questions, since this was my first time purchasing something like this. Michelle was an absolute pleasure to work with. Any questions I had, she responded immediately. Even when she had to reach out to manufacture for any really specific questions I had. Even after the purchase and delivery, she reached out to ensure it met my needs. Truly appreciated on the great support and follow through. If I have anyone who is thinking about getting something similar, I would absolutely recommend they go through this website.
