Non-delivery of Purchases. Ignoring E-mails.
I ordered and paid for goods. According to the website, I should have received my purchases within 3 to 5 working days. Its been almost 3 weeks, I'm still waiting.I queried the non-delivery of my purchases via e-mail. It's been a week, I'm still waiting for a reply.The order history on the website is not correct.Edit: I eventually got a refund after two months.
