A Fraud Company
I am not sure if this is the same company but if you are considering purchasing SUMMIT INSURANCE (also called sumstudent) which offers international students health insurance, STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUD COMPANY！！！！！I was trying to waive my university's insurance so I decided to use their plans instead. Their customer service guy told me I have to purchase their plan for at least one full year to meet my school requirements. I am going to graduate within half a year but I ended up paying the full-year price. But the truth is that my school does not even have this ridiculous requirement! I applied for a refund but I CALLED THREE TIMES AND NO ONE ANSWERED! And they dare to say they are 24/7. It has been 2 weeks and I still don't have my refund yet. They got your money and disappeared.
