The extensive preparations resulted in the exceptional quality of the end product. Our crew chief, Jorge, is a gifted artisan who went above and beyond in meeting our needs. He was able to keep us fully informed on what happens next, leaving no need to contact our coordinators , Adam and Helene, who were both amazing. He and his coworker were a pleasure to have at our home for the 9 day project. I highly recommend SunTrust.
recently hired a them for a full project that included roofing, exterior painting, and window replacement, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the very first consultation, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to detail. The roofing work was completed quickly and with top-quality materials, giving me peace of mind about long-term durability. The exterior painting completely refreshed the look of my home, and the new windows not only look great but also improve energy efficiency.What stood out the most was their clear communication, fair pricing, and excellent project management—everything was completed on schedule and within budget. Their crew worked efficiently, kept the site clean, and showed real craftsmanship in every aspect of the job. I would highly recommend this contractor to anyone looking for roofing, painting, or window replacement services done right the first time.
Suntrust replaced all 23 windows in my house. The installers were neat, courteous, and efficient. I was impressed with the professionalism of their staff.
We have to WARN anyone thinking of using this company! It was a disaster from the very beginning. No one checks up on the crew once things begin. We had to fight every step of the way sharing photos of poor workmanship and sending text messages asking when they would be back to complete the work or come out to do the repairs. Communication was absolutely terrible. The crew did NOT know what they were to do when they arrived. Quality of work was horrible and their mission statement is not true… “We understand the importance of trust and transparency in the home renovation process. That’s why we make it our mission to provide comprehensive education and clear communication throughout every project…That’s why we go above and beyond to ensure a seamless and stress-free experience for our clients”. We have paint drips all over our cedar siding and hardscape. It took over 6 months to complete our job. We will need to find another company to repair the items they did not do correctly. Feel free to reach out to us if you’d like any more information. We’ve reported them to BBB and also reached out to the CA Licensing Board. We are hoping to save others from getting involved with this company and causing undo stress. DO NOT trust them!
Real work different from quote. Ignore little. Not response when problem came out. Crew they sent requested McDonald's and soda for lunch or showed their attitude. Not recommend.
I used suntrust’s services recently to have my patio redone. It was really quick and painless and I appreciate that because the last contractor I used drew the entire process out. I told them I needed it done by a certain date and they made it happen. I like that you deliver on your promises. thanks again
I worked with SunTrust Remodeling to get a new roof on our house. We have lived here for 23 years and raised our kids here. Every step of the way SunTrust was amazing. Rob was very knowledgeable, stayed in communication, and was quick to answer any questions. The crew took great care of us from start to finish. We highly recommend SunTrust Remodeling for any roofing needs. We will be working with them in the future to paint our house.
