A diabetics dream
First of all my order was sent to me very quickly. Kinda miss the ribbon tie on each bag. BUT as diabetic these cookies are a game changer. Most low glycemic products are filled with sugar alcohols which isn’t great. I hope to some day buy your product to bake on my own! Thanks again for a high quality product!

Love the products
Love the products. My new favorite cookies and chocolate. Would love to see even more products and gift sets. Also hope to see it on store shelves in the future. A bit confusing delivery. Was told the order was rejected by the carrier and then it arrived.

Replacement cookies
I ordered two packages of shortbread, one of which was past the Best Buy Date. I asked for a replacement and today I was pleasantly surprised when I received a replacement for both shortbread.

They are excellent
They are excellent. I was not home when they were delivered. Only comment I have that just about every package that I removed from the box the top shortbread in the bag were broken in 2 and sometimes 3 pieces.

Too many broken cookies
Your cookies are delicious but 5 of the 10 cookie packs had broken cookies. I cannot serve these cookies! You need to improve your shipping method.

Well in response to my earlier review they said they would send the product to the different address where I have relocated for the summer, but I still haven't received it! When I "preordered" this product 6 or 8 weeks ago I had no idea it would take so long for it to be delivered.

Five stars for helpful communication
I wrote my first review & gave the company only one star, as I still had not received my order and thought it way too early for a review. However, I have since heard from the company several times. They listened to my criticisms and have already corrected the email and website issues. I am impressed and appreciative. I still don’t t have the products but they will be arriving in a day or too. And I’ll be happy to review them after I taste them! My interactions with Supplant so far have been very satisfactory and I look forward to the products. As an aside, it has been very gratifying to correspond with an actual human who responded to me so promptly. Five stars.
