The products arrived rotten
I received products in an unacceptable condition rotten, slimy, and mouldy. The bread included in the order was soggy and had already expired upon arrival.Despite the clear evidence of poor quality and expired goods, the trader refused to issue a refund or offer any resolution.Additionally, I discovered that this trader has changed their company account name three times over the past five years, Name account: TACK SOLUTIONS LTD.Name account: TACKTHAIFOOD.COM LTD Name Acc: DEE THAI FOODS LTD which raises concerns about transparency and accountability.

Bad customer service & hard to contact
Very disappointed with Tackthaifood in Wrexham. I have ordered with this company several times in the past to which all deliveries have been made the next day asides my most recent order. I asked for an update on the delivery and an estimated time of arrival as I heard nothing from the company for 5 days. I tried to contact the company via phone and email to which I received no response as the call didn’t engage. I then massaged the company on facebook messenger in Thai and English which took 5 days for the company to respond with “I will have a look” and then my items were sent out for delivery the same day which then arrived the following day. Will not be ordering from this company again.

Outstanding quality and service
Ordered a lot of fresh Thai ingredients on Thursday afternoon and they were delivered Friday morning. I live in a more remote part of Somerset, so I think this is pretty good service. Everything looks to be of the highest fresh quality and I couldn't be more pleased.

I wasn’t sure about this company as there were not many reviews to go by, however they have far exceeded my expectations! I ordered Thai Parsley on Monday and received tracking updates regarding the status of my order. By today- Tuesday I received my order, which was packed perfectly. The shop sent the items that are close to the expiration date
Almost everything that I had ordered from the shop was sent that is close to the expiration date. Not impressed and I will not buy from them again. 👎👎👎

I ordered few items from their website. The customer service was great - someone called me on the same day I placed the order to let me know that one product is out of stock. The delivery was super quick! Amazing. Thank you. P.S. The only thing that could make it even better experience, add better description of non-food products online.

One of a very few good Thai Online Groceries in UK
I have been ordered from this online shop for a few years now. At least a couple of times a month. I'm very impressed with the options they have especially fresh vegetable and herbs. They try to delivery as soon as possible to keep the freshness. In my case, it normally arrives the next day if I order before 2pm on weekdays. The contents inside the parcel are carefully and well wrapped accompanied by a frozen bottle of water to keep everything cool and fresh. This may reflected in the price of delivery which I thought at first was a little bit more than I wish to pay. Furthermore if they run out of product or the order can not be full filled then one of the teams usually ring me within first couple of hours to find a solution either a replacement or a refund. Overall I'm very happy with my experience so far with this seller. I would definitely recommend to everyone I know.
