Exceeding expectations …
I looked all around searching for a transmission for my Chevy 1500 and the prices were astronomical. I saw the add for Tagore and the prices were half of others. I was skeptical at first but after taking to “ED ROGER” and “Andy “ I felt at ease. The follow up before I received my Transmission was amazing. I received my Transmission just like the contract promised. But what was most impressive was the follow up after I received and installed the Transmission. The team made sure my vehicle was working properly and that I had no issues.

My recommendation for all your engine and transmissions
They worked with me on the core charge and made it easy. I received the transmission fast and as expected. Also they gave me a three month warranty. Sandy was very good to work with and Ben made the sales process easy.

Won’t refund deposit after not being able to provide parts
Ordered an engine and they continuously lied about delays. After 6 weeks they admitted they were not able to find the engine (standard Chrysler engine). They said I could not get a refund for the $250 deposit, would only give me store credit.

The customer support was excellent
The customer support was excellent. They ensured I was getting what I needed and they were helpful when I had questions during the process. I purchased a 1992 ford 300 inline 6 and the engine itself looks decent, but I do think they could taken more care to not damage some of the components. For example there is a soft metal gasket peice on the flange that connects the engine to the transmission and its been bent and folded, now I have to take the big ring gear off just to replace the metal gasket. The oil filter is all mangled and gave me concerns that the threads to put on a new one would be damaged. There are other small examples and with the warrenty only lasting 3 months, I might not even have the engine in by then, so that doesnt protect me if there are more damages. Otherwise the engine looks as I expected and the process was simple. Steve was very helpful on the phone as I went through the purchase process.
