My wife and I signed up with TLC about 9 months ago as we were looking for a way to make her a stay at home mom. We additionally did mentorship and was placed with Roy Voeks. Roy gave us a strategy to make my wife not have to work feasible over the course of the next 12-24 months. We not only gained mentorship from him, but also gained a friend that is willing to be of help in the future with our real estate ventures. Thank you Roy!

Had the privilege of working with Coach Tony Mortezazadeh as my mentor. Very knowledgeable and gave good insight into multiple sides of the real estate business. Initially got into this program for Tax Liens and deeds but due to funds it was a better option to lean into Assignment wholesale which was brought to my attention. Not much guidance or walk through in wholesales and more just basic information and knowledge left for me to learn how to actually go through the process of wholesaling which is very tedious work. Was lost figuring out how to market research, evaluate, find buyers, assign and close wholesale deals.

We did not upgrade to the advanced courses at this time, but we've had a positive experience so far. The customer service has been excellent - whenever we had questionsor needed assistance, the team was responsive and helpful. Yaimary did a great job walking us through the Marketplace setup and a few additional items, making the process much smoother. Holly & Catiely helped get us a missing link for a zoom before the 3 day training.The 3 day training was informative, and we definitely left with more knowledge and confidence than when we arrived.
