They take so long been waiting a week and s half and they just now finished my application. I've asked for a update for three days now no one cared to email back. I domt mind spending $528 if its done in a timely manor and correctly. They need to be trained in customer service for sure and customer appreciation.
Unethical Practices and Poor Customer ServiceI am deeply disappointed with this company’s handling of my situation and their refusal to refund $29.99 for a service they did not provide. As someone currently disabled due to cancer, I trusted this company to assist with a tax extension, only to discover my accountant had already filed one. The process took less than five minutes, and the IRS immediately flagged it as a duplicate, meaning no actual service was rendered.Despite explaining this, the company insisted the fee was non-refundable, citing a policy that feels designed to exploit customers rather than prioritize fairness. Their responses were dismissive, ignoring the fact that no value was provided for my payment. For a disabled individual navigating financial and health challenges, this $29.99 is significant, and their refusal to refund it shows a lack of integrity and compassion.I strongly caution others against using this service. Their unwillingness to rectify an honest mistake and their prioritization of profit over customer care is unacceptable. I’m pursuing a dispute with my bank and filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and other consumer protection platforms to ensure this issue is addressed.
I would absolutely never recommend that you use their service I feel like they should be ashamed of themselves for the extremely outrageous fee that they charge it should be determined based off the amount of work done but they charge you a set fee so knowing that when I did the taxes myself on TurboTax it was 6 minutes to complete my taxes from beginning to end because I attempted the advance which they present as if it's almost a guarantee they charge you over $500 to do your taxes whether you get the advance or not $500 for a 6 minute job is outrageously disrespectful when I have $1,000 tax return thank you guys should be really ashamed of yourself for treating people like they don't work hard for their money and like you guys deserve $500 for 5 minutes of time that's extremely disrespectful I would never in my life recommend your service to anyone you should really rethink the way that you treat your clients. That's my personal opinion shame on you guys. Not to mention I received zero communication zero update zero emails responses to any questions that I had zero contact the entire process from this company other than the initial when I reached out with questions I received no response. Seeing that you took a disrespectful amount of my money pretty sure I deserve for you to be right on it without delay I should have zero questions or concerns for the amount of money you charge me doing the math how much that means you make an hour makes me sick exactly what's wrong with the world.
TextNet financial filed my taxes without me signing anything charge me $528 for doing so and then hold on to my money after they've been paid instead of depositing into my account I'm guessing so SBTPG can get interest on the money. Biggest stamp I've ever seen hell I'd rather pay h&r block at least I would have already had my money and how do you file somebody's taxes without them signing their forms??
If I could give Zero stars I would. This company is a scam just to get you to give consent for them to file your tax return. I was denied for the RAL due to not having a W2 yet. A week later they filed my tax return without a w2.
Terrible scam lure you in by their Refund Advance offer… then charge an outrageous fee for their services ….I had been using H&R Block and TurboTax for years. I was lured in by their promises of a smooth tax filing experience, but my experience was anything but that. After completing my own taxes, I was charged $550 for all my work not done by a Tax Pro but myself. This is an outrageous price, especially when I have successfully filed my taxes on my own using TurboTax for around $100 for years. I felt misled and frustrated ultimately denying me the advance but pocketing the fee when the IRS accepted it. . I cannot recommend Tax Advance based on my experience. If you're looking for affordable and reliable tax services, I suggest sticking with self-service options like TurboTax or H&R Block, Save your money and avoid the disappointment I faced with Tax Advance
I initally applied and sent over all documentation asked for. They spent days processing my paperwork just to send me an email saying I was denied the initial RAL. I emailed them back and asked my return to not be filed and they submitted anyways. I called on 1/19/25 to ask about the filing of my return. I never recieved an accepted email as I was accepted into the the test hub nor do I have a copy of my tax forms from them. The rep did say that I should hear something on 1/21/25 about the traditional RAL.
I had applied for a RAL for a sudden emergency. I completed all the paperwork and assumed I was approved. However, after a week of playing phone tag and email with TaxNet, they then sent me an email saying I wasn’t approved (no reason was given). In the email, they also said that they would complete my income taxes automatically on 1/17/25. I then emailed them three times and called to inform them that I DO NOT want them completing my taxes. I have yet to receive an email response or have "Loyd Wilson" call me back confirming that they will not complete my taxes and delete all my personal information they have. I don’t know how this company is in business.
I applied for a loan with this company on 12/13/2024 was later sent an email stating that I had to send over my paycheck stub for 12/20/2024, as they do not start do their loan until the 20th… In the email they said I was approved for $1,278.00, after I send over my paycheck for the 20th. Well after carefully reading the reviews from the BBB and on here, I don’t think I’m going any further with this company. I also called them at 312-698- 3651 I spoke with a lady and I and told her what I read. I then ask her what bank do they bank with and she stated that “she couldn’t disclose that information to me.” She also told me when I upload my paycheck stub for 12/20/2024 to add my EIN I asked her “why would they need the EIN when I’m only getting a loan and not actually filing! She said “because they NEED THAT TO FILE MY TAXES…. The EIN is the catch/scam to them being able to file ur taxes, they do not need your EIN just to get the loan you only give them your EIN when they’re actually filing your taxes. With that EIN they are able to go online and get ur W’2…. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY… Thank you all for your reviews!

Who in the actual f$&k is letting these people operate this business? Bbb has tons of complaints yet this mfn company got my refund and can’t even answer a damn question I ask. All they say is “juh hah ta wate fer email” man wth?Refund or not yall mfs got me wanting to drive out and meet yall personally. Taking hard working Americans money. Is folks trying to get this ral loan aren’t rich that’s why we are trying to get the advances you pos losers. And on top of it. ITS VALENTINES DAY!!
They ripped me off for a refund anticipation loan charged me $528.00 for loan and file my taxes they advertise no fee for ral free to e-file and to top it off they never showed me any of my tax paperwork or told me my refund amounts nor have they deposited my ral in my account total scum bags don't ever do business with these people!!!!
Contact the IRS immediately about this company and file a fraud report form with the IRS before they steal your refund.. this is your only warning if you used this company file the taxpayer fraud form.. and hopefully your return was flagged by the taxpayer protection.. they are not legit and you may be a victim of identity theft.. they are not legit... I just got off the phone with the IRS... The owner of this company needs to be arrested and put in prison
I wish I could have read the reviews first before I let them screw up my taxes taking about a loan but never got it the called them and got hung up on!! I bet I will win this!!! They got me messed up!!

I'm not sure how this company is still in business. Definitely, a loop here that they can make you work with them and charge an outrages fee of $527 to file your taxes. I definitely see lawsuits in their future its predatory at best to people that may be in a bind and need money.
I applied for a tax loan on December 15 2023 and I got an email saying I was approved on December 21-2023 and I kept calling and I was told they had no information on when I’m gone get my loan saying that was between me and the loan officer. They kept saying they sent me an email regarding my loan and when it would be deposited but I never received the email so they basically calling me a liar because I said I didn’t receive the email they claimed they sent.
This company sucks I eSign my paperwork on the Dec 21 never heard back from them nor did they sign it now they want 750. I'm a combat vet and they straight bent me over
Misleading holiday loan. They make it look like you're guaranteed a holiday loan. Then they say you're denied. They go through a bank who is not mentioned when applying for the loan.
WORST TAX SERVICE Just a warning I had applied for the ral loan and in which I was conditionally approved for and then they gave all this bs long story short I never got the loan I got my state return A couple week ago inwhich they took for tax fees well to I got my federal refund and these people tried to take 750 for a loan I never recieved. So if anyone got fee taken out of there state return and never got a loan but applied I would keep an eye on your federal refund cause they getting people
