If I could rate anything less than 1 star, I would. If you do not believe all the bad ratings here, pls take this one seriously. Their membership is a scam. You pay for membership and get nothing in return. The pages are all empty. All the promised membership "benefits" are a huge lie! They won't issue a refund after you request one, and you'll be left hanging!
The man that sold me on this instructed me that debt was good and that this would help me acquire wealth. I trusted in the process and was left hanging with a $25,000 credit card debt. Properties that I am still struggling to sale. My coach, would drink wine and teach me the basics and I would follow through yet still not be able to close any sales on the properties my coach had me acquire. I am very dissatisfied with this company and feel that it was a scam. If you have money to invest properties and make it through the slow times, you can probably do well. If you were already struggling financially and don’t have the cash capital to do this without going into debt, then I would HIGHLY DISCOURAGE you from making the awful choice I made in trusting this company.
My partner and I have been working with TSS now for about 90 days and we have been consistently impressed with their coaching style, and their analytical and practical real estate investment and business planning tools and support. They have a support hotline that is incredibly informative, impressively fast and has already saved us from stupid mistakes multiple times (and encouraged us to pounce on deals where real deals were available). These guys are online offering multiple new webinars weekly and making their vast library of past learning webinars open to viewing. If you follow their advice, and invest your own time and effort, it’s almost impossible not to become a very successful real estate investor. These guys are the real deal.
This website is a great source for information. I’ve been using it for many years and I bought tax deeds and tax liens based on their information made money on all of them.I had great returns Thank you for your support

I've been fighting for a $4000 refund since June! They keep saying, my request was sent to accounting and they will send me a form to fill out for a refund, which takes seconds in an email! They all play dumb! I've spoken to the entire team and I got ghosted by the presenters who took the payment. Ive been getting the run around since then. My husband has hired me an attorney, which costs more money. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE I CANCELLED WITHIN THE TIME FRAME AND FOLLOWED THE PROPER PROCEDURE ON THE CONTRACT ITSELF! SCAM, SCAM, SCAM! send the form NOW!

My husband and I signed up in July 2024 and this training has been nothing but informative and lofe changing for us. We still get the support from our Coach Mason, he is great. We love the fact that we have that back office support from Ann whenever our Coach is not available. The weekly meetings are on point and very informative. There is a wealth of information via the meetings and website, it's just up to us to utilize the resources and keep up. This is the best investment we have made and wish we had done this sooner. Tried three other tax deed/ lien companies but their 3 day course were always 10k plus and good luck confirming dates. These guys were on top of it always checking in to see when my mom and I could attend. Once we attended the training, we signed up for their platinum package and have had many great coaching sessions and learned a lot. Then we went to the buying tour where they walked us through everything for live auctions and flips. Dana, Dustin and Greg are wealths of knowledge and would sit and talk with you for hours answering every question you could have if time allowed. Definitely worth the price I’ve learned more about real-estate and investment properties in about 2 months than I’ve been able to read online over 5 years. Like anything you get that you put into it. If you only sit there and barely listen and don't ask questions you won’t learn or advance.

We learned an advanced form of real estate investing that was well presented and backed by successful testimonies. It is a well structured program that implements a system that proves success. The mentors are amazing. I consider TSS an ʻohana or family. They also have a hotline that is so helpful in answering your questions. It is an opportunity that I highly recommend. You will not auction a property that the TSS team has not analyzed in and out. They literally hold your hand through the process.
I learned so much, I have a vision now and I have something to commit to. I have tried to make money with multi-streams of income.
