I’ve must say, the support team here is awesome. They’re super quick to reply, always friendly, and recommended many suggestions for my hobby website. It’s nice dealing with people who care and know what they’re doing. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had online!
Technorex was recommended to us for website development by a close friend. We were absolute novices in understanding web design until we met Technorex. We virtually met with one point of contact throughout the process, and were given a menu of multiple scopes and options with costs to achieve our goals. Technorex was flexible on the number of meetings and edits needed to semi-customize our new e-commerce website to meet our needs. Turnaround times were reasonable and every effort was made by their team to accommodate the end-goal, which is a best-in-class branded end user experience for our customers. They provide training videos once completed that can be used to make our own realtime edits. We recommend working with Technorex for personal or commercial website design and development based on affordable costs, easy communication, consistent follow-up and a quality outcome.

We paid for our animation and were told we would get unlimited revisions. We gave notes on the animation and it would get sent back with the issues uncorrected or the wrong things changed. We thought maybe it was a language barrier so we tried laying edits out as clearly as possible with screenshots and images to display the specific edits we wanted. We lost contact with our project manager and found out weeks later that he was injured and had been out of work. We only found this out after contacting the INFO email on the website to see what was going on. We continued trying to get the edits we wanted and were later ghosted by our project manager. Again, we tried to reach out to the info email on the website but got no response this time. We should have known it was a scam when we had to pay upfront. Still have not heard anything back as of 1/23/25. Please take your business elsewhere for animation projects.2/25/25 RESPONSE FROM COMPANY: The second time I was ghosted I got no response from the project manager or INFO email listed on the website. After trying to get in touch to finish the project multiple times I gave up and came here to warn others. I understood what happened the first time I lost contact- things happen even though it should have been managed better. The second time there is no excuse and it still hasn't been resolved. I also have communication logs proving a lack of response and communication from the company so I would love to see where you tried to respond to the multiple emails I sent trying to get in touch. I was given drafts but never a finished and approved version of the animation. I tried getting in touch via "appropriate channels" to resolve this. If you didn't want a negative review then you should have resolved it when I tried to reach out to Daniel on September 17th, October 2nd (follow-up), October 17th (another follow-up still no response), and October 28th (tried reaching the info email after no response from project manager).
I had a very positive and professional experience at Technorex (Stefan). He was extremely patient and performed an excellent job. He saved the day by editing and making revisions to a video that had errors about my sister, who passed away recently. I highly recommend Technorex.
