We have had the opportunity to work with Tecspal since 2023. However, during this past year, 2025, we have seen significant improvements in delivery times, responsiveness, and the evolution of their Dashboard.It is also important to highlight the work of Flor Arocena, who is always willing to send quotations promptly and accurately, and consistently maintains a great attitude when addressing questions or concerns.I am excited about the future of the commercial relationship we can continue building with Tecspal.

I love Tecspal!
I love Tecspal. They've been a lifesaver. We've previously spent SO much time and money to arrange for shipment of devices to/from our international teams. Now, we get to use Tecspal and they make our lives so much easier! Not only does Tecspal help us with every logistical move (laptop purchase, laptop retrieval) in hard to reach countries, they also are seemingly available 24/7 to help answer questions. Specifically, our AE Lisandro has been incredible. We must have exchanged 100 emails by now where he has helped me navigate the platform, answer complicated questions and help us get last-minute offboarding arranged. I couldn't be happier with Tecspal and would recommend them to anyone who wants a hard-working, affordable and common-sense solution to all their device provisioning needs!
