Buyer beware

Ordered a Mizuno single iron 3 months ago. Have not received the club, no refund, no reply to my many inquiries or request for refund. Do not order anything online from this company. My only recourse now is to contact the Attorney General and request an inquiry be started on this company as there seems to be a pattern of misconduct and deceiving sales practices.

I ordered a single golf club - got robbed

I ordered a single golf club, canceled the order, and was charged, but the club was never shipped nor have they processed a refund in over a month. It appears this group is less than trustworthy

Very good experience ordered my club on Monday and had it here on Wednesday, the only reason I didn’t give a 5 star is because I ordered a 3 wood and it came with a 5 wood cover.

Absolute scam

Absolute scam. Purchased back in March and it's now July. I've been told that the manufacturer kept on having delays, which I understand, but it's now been 4 months. I've tried to reach out to them and haven't heard back in a month. This is absolutely absurd and I've called to make a chargeback with my credit card company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE

Place will steal your money

Have to warn you DO NOT engage business here. I tried to order a single iron through them and had the worst experience. Not only did the club never arrive, they lied about it being shipped and then they lied that they would refund my order.  It’s been 3 months now, I don’t have my money back nor the club and like cowards, they have stopped responding to my requests for an update.  They basically steal hard earned money from folks. There’s a lot of resellers out there, don’t waste your time with this place and lose a ton of money.

My wife ordered personalized golf balls…

My wife ordered personalized golf balls from Titleist thru this company . She didn’t know to go direct .The order was placed on 4-2-23 . As of June 2,2023 no update . They told her 4-6 weeks which is ridiculous in the first place but Titleist is equally guilty here .We wrote an email on 6-1 and received no reply . I called and left a message in the morning of 6-2 and no one called back . I called again in the afternoon and finally got someone . “ I’ll check with Titleist “. I said don’t bother just cancel the order. Now we will see if we get our money back . I would avoid these unresponsive people . Also , FYI, they take their money up front at the time of the order. We never got a follow up or courtesy email with a new ETA. Go direct or use another company . These are bad actors .

Surprised, But Happy

Against my better judgement, based on these reviews, I ordered a 54 degree wedge from their website. It was to my house within a week and was the right club. So I guess it's a five-star experience for me, but I'm not sure why I got my club right away and others don't get the same experience. Good luck.

Wish I could give 0 stars

Wish I could give 0 stars for the horrible customer service and overall communication. Placed an order in December and was not provided any updates or information along the way. I had to keep reaching out via email since they do not answer their phones and delivery date kept getting pushed back for one reason or another. Eventually they said they were not able to fill my order and would refund my purchase March 16. I waited and reminded them to refund my money and they kept saying they were working on it. Luckily I paid via PayPal and was able to submit a dispute April 17 and won the dispute to receive a refund April 18. I would never purchase from them again and will deter whoever I can to not have to deal with such an unprofessional “company.”

Terrible Experience

I join those who have a terrible experience with this company. I placed an order over a month ago and have yet to receive it. They charged my card and dol not respond to my request to cancel the order and refund the amount $98.00. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!

Do not reccomend!!

Ordered a Mizuno Golf Bag (White and Black) on April 15th. Product didn't ship for several days. Had to email three times and call once to get the product to ship. Product arrived April 25th. Opened the box and its solid black. Not what I ordered. Emailed website tonight letting them know its the wrong product. Awaiting a reply.

I am a very frustrated customer

I am a very frustrated customer. I placed an order and have not received any shipping confirmation whatsoever. I have called the customer service number 3 times and left a message and NO RESPONSE. After reading the customer reviews, I'm not even sure this is a legit website. They already charged my card and have had NO COMMUNICATION. I am VERY FRUSTRATED! I do not recommend this company.

Never received order

Ordered a FootJoy pullover thru them on February 19th '23. Said it would take two weeks to deliver. I received no shipping updates within those two weeks. I began emailing and received a response one week later. It was an automated response as I found out again another week later once I asked again where my product was. I emailed again calling then thiefs then immediately my order was canceled, NOT refunded. So two days later (today) I placed a dispute with PayPal and fortunately was refunded. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM! THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS AND THIEVES!

Do not buy from these guys. Complete fraudsters.Ordered a Puma 1/4 zip . At least I used PayPal. Zero communication 3 weeks later. No email response.Live chat is down. You will not be able to login to any account. Filed a complaint with PayPal. Had to escalate two weeks later. What will get their attention is a complaint filed with the CFPB. Consumer Fraud and Protection Bureau. Let all parties know you did this. They must give a response once the CFPB open a complaint file on them. This got someone’s attention. Got a refund via PayPal within 30 minutes.

This has been a horrible experience

This has been a horrible experience! Taken over a month to get what I ordered. Every time I call they tell me next week. Would never order from this place! Do everything you can to not order from these people

Pathetically Slow!!!

I ordered a shirt. It took forever (several weeks, actually) to arrive. Then I exchanged it for a smaller size. Now, a full month later, I yet to receive the replacement shirt. These guys are pathetically slow!

Shocked

Well, on October 23 I ordered a single iron (Cleveland Halo Launcher) from this site. It wasn’t until the next day that I thought “Hmmm maybe I should research this site and check the reviews”… and the moment I did, my heart sank. Based on the reviews I was sure I had been scammed. In a panic, I called the number to see if anyone would answer, and to my surprise somebody did. He reassured me that everything was okay and gave some explanations as to the bad reviews. Though I felt better, I still wasn’t convinced. I looked on the BBB and again I saw complaints… not good, however, I did see one complaint where the person responded back (the day after he filed the complaint) saying he received his item. This made me feel better. I figured they were just slow, but that I’d get my club within a few weeks. Low and behold, I just got my club today (October 31), only 8 days after I ordered it. I was shocked and very happy!
