They said they would buy back my book. Upon receiving it they claimed it wasn't worth buying so I would have to pay $6.95 to get it returned or let them keep it. Really?!? There is no guarantee that they won't re-sell it. Why $6.95 to return? I mail books via media mail all the time and it's under $5. Yes, one has to check boxes stating Textbook Cashback can do whatever they want to but at some point one has to hope people & companies are fair. This is not the case here! Won't use again. Don't trust them!!

BEWARE. TOTAL CROOKS!!! this place is a total scamI sent them books on March 4th. It was scanned in by them on March 12th. After emailing them, they said payment was issued on March 30th. 22 days later and I have yet to receive payment from them. This place is a dumpster fire of a business and a total scam. I would not recommend even visiting their website let alone conducting business with them.Edit: They are claiming the book was in "terrible" condition which was false. The book was in good condition and it is an especially valuable title not a $9.99 one.

Excellent cooperation and service. I had a difficult situation last year with regards to the textbooks not reaching there due to an issue with the delivery service. However, after a few weeks of ongoing email correspondence with the owner of TextbookCashback, not only did he help me sort out any issues with the textbook situation from last year, but he was able to offer an additional code to my current order. This company is fair, trustworthy, values the customer, and gets it right! That is one advantage it most certainly has over other textbook companies. Strongly recommend it if you are a student and need to find a platform through which to sell your books. Go with TextbookCashback.

A year and a half and no payment for books sent
I sent my books in September of 2018, it is now February of 2020!! I have followed up a number of times and am told that my USPS package is "pending." No payment, no recognition that my books were shipped, nor have I received my books back to my return address. Very disappointed in this company.

Still no payment nearly a month later
I sent my books out on October 3rd, hadn’t heard anything until I contacted them over two weeks later. I then receive an email stating they received the books and I should have my PayPal payment within 24-48 hours. This email was received 4 days ago and I still have not gotten my payment. I contacted them but have not received a reply. They may give the most money for books but if you don’t mind waiting months for the payment, then this is the site for you.

No updates a bit of a hassle but I got payed
I read all the reviews and 4.7 was a good score so I chose to go with them. I mailed in my books and never heard anything back from them so I logged on to see what was going on and it said my order number was payed through PayPal on Sept 30th 2019. Today is October 11 and I just recieved the payment. Contacting them was a little of a pain and I feel as if the only reason it got handled the same day is because I left a bad review that I have now revised to this one. So if you are going to do business with them make sure you are checking to see when they paid (you won't receive updates) and if you have not recieved it contact them. Also a side note: if you have an isbn that could be a counterfeit go to another company. I purchased a book from the publishers retailer (my university) and they claimed that the authenticity of the book could not be confirmed so just send it to chegg so you get your money.
