Not a pleasant experience
Recently bought a vehicle from the car specialists Sheffield . It was meant to be a exciting experience as I have never been able to afford a car like this.I had been twice before looking at car I saw the car I like and arranged a test drive for the following week I went for a drive and agreed to leave a deposit and arrange to pick it up at the 2nd of the month leaving 2 weeks to sort out any problems. I arrived on the morning to pickup my car I was meet by one or the salesmen and when through the paperwork and payment. I was not informed that there did not have the V5 I thought the sales person was registering it on line with DVLA to transfer it over in my name so 3weeks on and no v5 I spoke to sales manager he said that they were trying to get it off the gentleman who own it .At this point they have had 5weeks to sort it out long story short nearly 8weeks to sort it out .8 weeks not been able to use the car but did eventually pay for 6 month tax but not one apology
