My problem with the conjure time frame shipping 10/21 have never been respected for this they are not professional you can wait up to 3 months or never receive your items the customer service doesn’t respond emails sometimes oils can leeks in the packaging better use PayPal with this company in case you don’t receive your product you can claim your refund good product when you have a chance to receive them
Ordered August 20th. It is now October. Haven’t received my package and was told no refunds. This is really frustrating.

This business is truth, I’ve been a customer before the candles. I’ve purchased multiple candles and have seen results! However the shipping of products is horrible the pandemic is over. Maybe hire some help that’s the only thing. I’m waiting for my candle 3 weeks now

Didn't receive package, got an automated email when I ordered stating I would receive my package 10/21 days (sometimes SOONER). Contacted them when I didn't receive my order in that time frame and was told it would be 10/21 days (Sometimes LATER). Still haven't received my package nor an update. This was my first time ordering from this person and it will be my last. So after doing some research, I've noticed many complaints and this company also have an "F" on the BBB website.
I have used these candles in the past and the product is wonderful- I’m rating this a 1 because I purchased and paid for candles on June 12,2023 and it still hasn’t been shipped! They don’t answer phones- I did send an email which they responded 7 days later telling me it typically takes 10-21 business days to ship…. My package was at 23 business days still not shipped now I’m at 32 business days and 7 weeks! I would Wasern to be cautious- feels fishy.
I have purchased basically all of their products and I have to say that they work magically and excellently! I recommend to anyone and everyone. Thank you!
You got to do better with packaging your products. I received the oils and they literally spilt all over the inside of the box and the box was leaking when I received it. Also I have bought the soufflés in the past and they melted down in because of the heat (ordered during summer months) and made them smell funny. Please start packaging our orders with better quality and consideration to outside temperatures. The oils need to be sealed better, the small black shipping bag didn't keep the product from seeping out.

The products purchased and the service is beyond great it is to infinity. The owner and the family that support and help her is the best anyone could ever ask for. I have been a customer for the 5 yrs she have been in business and I would NOT CHANGE OR DIVERT to any other shop or purchase anywhere else. I would never get the same service as I get here at THE CONJURE.❤️❤️❤️
Almost 3 years, healing, cleansing, generational healing, building self esteem, confidence, healthy boundary setting, and focus The Conjure has played a significant part in creating the woman, mother, daughter, friend, and spiritualist I once was afraid into being who I’ve always have been. I’ve finally arrived to the point of creating the outer journey I Am!!!

I used to use my candles religiously. However, after about 6 months of use, it seemed like everything started immediately changing. I lost friends that I never thought I’d lose(I got to see them for what that were /kicked me at my lowest), love (he was a LITERAL BUM (still lived w his mom in his mid 30s , no job( Uber), made promises that he didn’t keep to me but immediately did exactly the things I specifically asked for with someone else and he turned out to be the grimiest person alive-I hate I wasted rite. Not worth it at all, I lost my job (my choice bc it became literally UNBEARABLE and my health suffered because of it . So I just stopped burning candles all together—even regular Walmart candles🙈 Spirit was literally clearing everything around me out and exposing. Then life became very stagnant and unexpected set backs with living conditions & finances. But I do remember experiencing unexpected money growth every time I burned Good Fortune or any Wealth candle. This year, burning candles haven’t been the best way to start back with my spirituality as I do currently now share my space and I’m also in between spaces as well. I’m really excited that I just purchased the oils 🫶🏾 so I can safely and discreetly carry on with my spiritual beliefs. Unfortunately I don’t have the luxury at the moment to burn my candles —without a LITERAL uproar in my home. I will come back once to update on my oil as soon as i receive 💓🫶🏾
When I received my Halo candle it was everything Lala said I seen the work with in 3 days.there amazing you can feel how powerful they are because a scarcity come over you at first it's deep then you have a calm feeling that ensure you that everything going to be alright can't wait to order crossroad candle next.thank you Lala
This company is really top-tier. I've purchased so many products. The quality of the candles and the education and passion behind them is amazing. I'm a loyal customer! The customer service is great and the wix community support for the conjure is amazing. I recently got at least 6 candles of my beautiful candles stolen from me and I spent my last while I was facing homelessness and the support in the community came through!! We appreciate the conjure and the community you make way for, La La. I can't wait to get my candles back. I'll be looking out for the amazing sales! Give thanks!!!
