I bought a bar of their soap in home sense, the Christmas one with the nutcracker soldier on the front. It smells completely divine!! And was my favourite gift to give out of over 100 bought. So much so that I’m taking the time to leave this review! I have just looked at their website as would like more, however the postage cost would put me off. If they were on Amazon or in a shop, I’d love to buy again!!
I purchased the Christmas Wreath hand and body wash that according to the packaging has notes of orange, clove and cinnamon. I love the smell of 'Christmas' and was excited to use this. I only used it once, there was no hint of any of the notes of orange, cinnamon or clove. It smelt like what I would describe as liquid iron ( I take a supplement of liquid iron) and it's not a pleasant smell. I contacted the English soap company and they said I could return it if it hadn't been used and I paid for the return postage. Obviously I had washed my hands with it once to know it smelt unpleasant and why should the customer be out of pocket for something that clearly doesn't smell of what it states on the packaging.
Ordered several soaps and other bits. One item was ore of stock and I was phoned to offer a replacement. Quick shipping and the soaps were lovely. Will order again.
Quality soap bars, packaged beautifully. Just placed my second wholesale order, which was sent to my previous address by their despatch team in error. Very surprised and rather dissapointed to not be offered any recompense for the inconvenience caused. I consider this to be very poor customer service.
I love the products and with a slight issue with the last order Heather was absolutely first class and had every thing remedied immediately. Went above and beyond and I couldn’t ask for more. Thanks once again.

These soaps are the most beautiful I know both for long lasting authentic scent and smooth and silky texture. The bar, furthermore, remains firm and lasts well. I only knocked off a star as I feel dispatch could be a little quicker and postage is a little high when so many firms now offer free p & p.
The quality of the hand soap is superb, it produces luxurious and abundant leather and leaves skin feeling moisterised and delicate. However, the scents are misleading. I ordered Lily of the Valley and it smells anything BUT of that flower. The scent of honeysuckle and rose pretty much "mute" all other notes listed as part of the bouquet. It would be great if the team working on the perfume side of the products could put in more effort in ensuring that the products' scents are closer to their name(s) and olfactory notes descriptions.
Ordered a variety of products mainly as thanksgiving gifts for American friends. The little boxes of thank you heart soaps are just lovely with a smell reminiscent of English meadow flowers. I also received a free gift with my purchase along with free shipping. Customer service excellent very responsive to a follow up email. All in all a very happy shopping experience. Would definitely recommend and buy from them again
The products are realy great, but the shipping costs of 50 pounds and then also a customs fee of 25 euros are simply not worth it.

First order which will be the first of many. Beautifully packaged good quality soaps. Could smell the various scents through the paper packaging. Will be giving some away as they make perfect gifts. Super fast free shipping over £35 spend. Over the moon I’ve found this wonderful company.

Lovely scented soaps and fragrances the lavender candles smell lovely and the fragrance lasts until the end unlike some other brands,first purchased on visiting Black Country living museum ordered four more candles and delivery was quick,highly recommended.
