The communication and planning went well. We had a small hiccup with delayed marketing but things got resolved fast and finally started moving in the positive direction. The price was reasonable and I am quite happy with the results as well. They had lots of ideas that we didn't use this time but I am sure I'll be back to place another order with them in the future.Thank you
I didn't want to limit myself working with a single firm only and got offers from several different ones for my book release. Calculated everything... and still went with this service. I saved about 40% in fees here, and the results are satisfying.
We booked another run with them, as the first order was a massive success for us and for our so called 'brand' so we will continue our partnership.They gave us pointers what and how to change. We did a new cover, for digital and paper releases. Some smaller things here and there, but overall it was a very satisfying experience!
Got my books out and sales in. To put it short, this service works! I guess the numbers depend of what you have... at the end of the day you writing skills matter. You can't expect to do massive sales if your book isn't fine tuned enough.
It took a long time to get things moving. At the end, everything played out well but this could have been done sooner I think.
If you are divided between doing your own campaigns or hiring professionals then I'd recommend you to go with the pros. I just finished my project with them and the results were much much better than I ever dared to hope. They are amazing!

Even if I don't like the price (it should be lower) I can't complain about the service which is really top-notch. I have been working in this field for years and it's super hard to find reliable people to work with. I guess quality comes with a price but if they could lower the fees then this wouldn't be a 3-star review.
This wasn't my first idea to go with this service but looking back to it now I think at that time it was the best. They did what they promised and I am happy.
