Peter Marshall was extremely rude and unprofessional. I called to confirm a booking I received online. After confirming, he stated he would charge my card. At that moment, I received a message from my mom about an emergency, so I let him know I could not proceed. He immediately hung up on me. When I called back to ask why, he said, “Our call was done.” His tone completely changed the moment I said I didn’t want to move forward. The entire interaction felt sketchy and unprofessional. I would not recommend.

I would use them again
They did respond when ever I call. My ticket was there when they was supposed to be. I think the next time I would like to get better seats on some flights. I didn’t know that was an option or not. I would use them again.

WARNING ⚠️ Do not use this company !!!! I had booked flights with Frank, from Buffalo to miami for my family trip with my 80 yr mother inlaw to catch a cruise for a week, i was assured we all had seats and would receive our boarding passes 24 hrs before our flight. Well first i. Alled and called and at 3pm the day before thet tell me my filght is sold out and i have to fly.later then they switched carriers now with latover and kater arrival and to fort Lauderdale not miami have to get transferred from there so then gad to wait for boarding passes I GOT NOTHING!! so 5 hrs before my airbus was leaving I had go and buy new flights from southwest now and also had to buy return air as well !!!!!! Never ever use this company allmost ryined my family's vacation never !!!

Worst 3rd party flight booking!
Worst 3rd party flight booking!! They wait tillThe last minute to book your flight and if the flight you want or need is full they just book you on another flight that you may not agree with. You will not get confirmation or boarding passes until 12-24 hrs before flight. This makes it a nightmare to rearrange travel or another flight!! AVOID THIS COMPANY

Booking flight fir the first time.
This is the first I've booked a flight on my own. Hazel did an amazing job in keeping me calm. I was worried I wouldn't get my ticket on time. Hazel talked to me and said I would. I just want to say thank you to her for helping me out!

Beware of SCAMS with JerseyFlights
I purchased tickets last June for a Xmas trip to Panama. My tickets never materialized. I was told 100 times to wait 24-48 hours. They tried to get me a new set of tickets and they never materialized either. My trip was canceled last minute. Then, after a month waiting for my $ to be refunded, I had to get my credit card involved so I could get my $ back. TOTAL NIGHTMARE! Steer clear! Don’t believe a word that these people tell you!
