An Unprofessional Horror Story! After spending over $1,000 on my dog’s surgery—which caused a rash—they had the audacity to charge me $75 for a recheck to address their mistake. The Vet never took accountability for the rash their surgery caused. When I posted a vague Instagram Story about this (without even naming the clinic!!!), Clinic Manager Lori Ramalgi escalated the situation by sending harassing emails and accusing me of defamation. Why was she lurking on my personal Instagram stories anyways? I don't know her in person.Instead of resolving the issue professionally, they deleted my honest Google reviews and filled the page with fake positive ones. This level of unprofessionalism and harassment to their high-paying client shocking. I will never return as long as this toxic management is in charge! In fact, because the vets never took accountability for causing my dog's rash, I think it is best to avoid this clinic altogether. It is a stain in the Sugar Land community. Avoid, avoid, and avoid!
