Jon Wake with The Medicare Family responded to my inquiry on Medicare and supplemental insurance vs a Medicare advantage. Throughout many phone calls between the two of us, he spent many hours going over the different options and never got frustrated with me and my million questions and scenarios without complaint, and many calls back with answers. We finally came to a conclusion and within the day I was fully insured through a supplemental policy and prescription policy and a couple days later I have the cards in the mailbox. I appreciate all the helped me through this nerve racking decision.
Mike Locke was most helpful in answering my questions and proving honest advice. Definitely will use them should I have future Medicare questions.

Elisha Brewer was excellent!! I had a conversation with her about pursuing Medigap vs Medicare advantage and she gave be all the details I needed to decide on what was best for my situation. She was able to complete my application 6 months, I out, I signed on line so that my payment was secured, in and all that I needed to know. She was very professional and would highly recommend her.

The Medicare Family representatives are very knowledgeable about the various Medicare plans and intricacies. This knowledge is extremely valuable to retirees trying to navigate a complex system. As is typical for the US government, nothing is simple. Gov't handbooks while helpful are overly complicated leaving most people but lawyers confused. After trying to navigate myself on Medicare and selecting a supplement plan I realized I needed professional help. After watching the Medicare family on You tube, Sylvia gave easy to understand videos on each plan. Sylvia is definitely a down to earth person.
