Complete Site Conversion Urgent help Needed
I was completely redoing my site with new Theme and all. The database was not transferring and I needed this update done today. Once TutorLMS office was open I was able to contact a Support Tech and get the database fixed and moved within an hour. My only request would be that the Support Tech once assigned a ticket was able to do a live chat with me instead of a note system back and forth. They are always helpful and knowledgeable.

once I start using tutor LMS I wanted a simple learning management system with an easy interface. for a moment I felt that I made a mistake since I wanted so many features that are not in tutor lms . and for a moment I was ganna cancel my subscription, but I am glad that I spoke with " Laura.g" she guide me through the system and how to apply some features and what to do. by the way, the Guide documentation that were in the tutor LMS was not enghuogh and sometimes they broke my site. I am using wordpress.com, not wordpress.org, and that's why I have some limitations. So Laura.g understood this, and she walked with me step by step until finally I had all that I wanted. She was patient despite how obtrusive I was. Until now, I am very happy with my tutor LMS and I have everything that I need. Thanks Laura!

The AI integration is completely useless
This false advertisement.You cannot do anything with just a click.Their AI integration is a complete joke. Their AI agent is not primed at all, it’s not even an AI agent, it’s a glorified integrated AI chat bot that’s so limited in it’s capabilities that it’s completely worthless.They don’t even know their own code format to import quizzes, you have to manually create everything.I really wish I could get a refund.

90% perfect for me and that's enough
I am using Tutor LMS for about three years now. So far, all went pretty well. I am not an expert in webdesign so I had to ask for help from an expert to setup the basic design so that it looks professionally. Now, the courses go very well. The feedback that I am receiving from students is really good - they experience the LMS as professional and helpful tool. Tutor LMS provides the functionalities I need: Zoom integration, self-learning, content drip, quizzes and certificates. Of course there are some customization limitations: I would like to turn of the star-rating, or use the quizzes differently - but at the end there are ways to make it work. From time to time - mostly after updates from wordpress or woo commerce - functionality is lost. Support is usually quick in helping with resolving it. Is tutor LMS a perfect tool: I don't know - for me it's 90% perfect I would say.
