SCAM SITE DOESNT PAYOUT WINNINGS
Customer service Is non-existent with this gambling platform. I ORIGINALLY hit for $200 back in the beginning of DECEMBER 2025. I requested a redemption of the $200 right after I won the amount. I waited 30 days and it still said pending under the request so I canceled it tried for a lower amount thought it might go quicker this time I requested a redemption for $100 waited 20 days no payout. Try contacting customer service numerous times only to receive help from a non helpful AI chat bot there is no live customer service there's no way to talk to a real person and if they do they keep telling you in their fine print it says that payouts can take up to 90 days. Because of high payout volumes which I highly doubt that they constantly have so many people winning and cashing out over $100 cuz that's the minimum that they cannot get to mine since December. So I decided to try again with two different redemption amounts each $100. One in FEBRUARY 2026 (which I have STILL NOT RECEIVED) and one for MARCH 2026 for $100 (STILL NOT RECEIVED) . I strongly believe this site is a scam site and so far has not been worth my time or recommendation to anybody else except for negative. I want paid out what I won. It also on their says that if you certain banks are attached to your account that it's an instant cash out which I had my US Bank attached to my account which is supposedly a instant cash out bank and it wasn't so again I was lies about how quick their cash out / redemption is.

Bought one of their coin packages and ended up winning 300 dollars on August 15th 2025. The redemption still says pending and every time I contact their customer support I get a run around answer and reassurance that the money is arriving, we are now coming up on 7 months which is unacceptable I will never deposit here again.Do not play on this site they will never pay if you win.

I have waited over 2 weeks now for my redemption. Received an email immediately after redemption stating I would receive my winnings within 0-72 hours. When I attempted to reply to the email, no response. So I started a chat with customer service in regards to the delay online, I received a bot response stating customer service cannot assist with redemptions and that there is no way to speak with anyone that does. Continued by basically stating... They are busy and I've done the redemption, so leave them alone and it will be processed when they are damn good and ready, followed by a timeline of maybe if you're lucky and everyone leaves us alone it could be approximately 10 business days.

October 2025 I purchased a small amount of coins at The Money Factory online casino, in other words I deposited. Play was normal, I got lucky with a spin and suddenly was up almost $200. I played longer, well past playthrough requirements. I decided to cash out, request redemption. I gave bank account info which at the time the site had displayed that my Bank qualified for "Instant" withdrawal, my bank was listed for instant payout. I already KYC verified. After submitting redemption request, nothing happened, no withdrawal processed instantly, nor within 90 business days. I've emailed multiple times. Same robot responses, and that typically withdrawals take up to 72 hours and in some cases up to 90 days, BUSINESS DAYS, according to Terms & Conditions. I've continued to check status by email and usually the same automated response. They say "Support" doesn't handle redemptions. I ask for a live agent, eventually the agent says your request is still active and will be processed when it reaches it place in the queue, yada yada, and that everything is normal. It has now been over 90 business days, and still same song and dance! No redemption processed after 90 business days. If I ever receive the payout I will update this post. If not I will post a link with the email dialog and screenshots.

It’s been over 90 days and even have email confirmation from customer support acknowledging that it has exceeded their terms and conditions. They stated it had been escalated to manager review yet I still have not received my redemption. I have made a formal dispute and contacted the gaming commission. Never will I use this site again

It’s been 90 business days as per their TOS but still no update. Any time you mention redemption you get an AI agent and then routed to a supervisor which they Rolodex through the same 3 people. Don’t spend your money here, because if you win you will wait a very long time with no resolution.

I am still waiting for my $1200 redemption. This is the only sweepstakes casino that has taken so long to pay out. I am past the 30 day time frame. They have changed their redemption time frame expectation up to 90 business days. That some account redemptions take longer to verify. I’m nervous that they might go bankrupt before I get my money. Every other sweepstakes casino takes 5-7 business days max. This to me is the money factory holding money because they don’t have the money to payout. This is really shady.

I have been waiting on my redemption since September 12th of 2025.It is now March 3rd 2026. This has been almost 6 months and far over the 90 days they promise. Do NOT play here if you ever want to see your winnings. They make you wait months so you play your money back into the site hoping to win more. The site is a scam, they used to be quick with redemptions. It was 72 hours, then 1 week, then 1 month, not it says 90 business days however its a lie.
