Ordered 4 items to be shipped. They are glass bottles. They were poorly packed by the pharmacy and 1 bottle arrived broken due to this negligence. Customer service only responded after a claim was filled with PayPal, and passively aggressively commented on the fact a claim was filed. They then proceeded to argue with a customer to try and justify slow response times. Customer service is abysmal. If you order online from them, be sure to use a payment method that will remediate on your behalf because customer service will not answer phone calls or emails until a claim is filed and they have to.
