Fantastic service after shipping error
Fantastic service, I hope TherapyStockings stays in business for many years so I can buy from them. Used them for 3 years with excellent service. On my last order, however, they goofed up. I ordered a total of four pair of socks, but only received two pair in the package shipped to me several days later. I am struck by the fact that packages from TherapyStockings.com always arrive without any invoice or packing slip. During my college years, I worked as a shipping clerk to make money for my books and other expenses. When preparing shipments on the packing table we always used an invoice and checked off order items as they were assembled in the package. Orders were then double checked with another employee to make sure that the invoice/packing slip included in the package was correct. Only then was the package sealed and addressed for shipment. In this instance, I called customer support and spoke to Rob, Who was very professional and helpful. Rob told me that he would look into the matter, take corrective action, and then follow up with a phone call. Sure enough, later that afternoon Rob called me to inform me that he had found out what has happened, corrected the problem and that the two missing garments would be shipped. Two days later, they arrived. Rob's customer service was exceptional and exceeded my expectations.

In the last year and a half I've purchased a number of pairs of compression hose from therapy stockings . In the last two months a purchased three.One pair had a hole in the seam in the crouch and the other a hole in the toe after just a couple of wearings. I called therapy stockings and the response was to send me an email telling me to insure the stockings and pay the cost of returning the defective stockings to them! I'll now find another vendor.

So far, nothing but excellent service!
First time shopper. The web site informed me that I would receive my order in 3-5 business days. However, I received the compression stockings only 2 days after placing my order. Will shop here again!

Prompt Service
After surgery I needed full-length compression stockings, which I purchased at my Dr.'s office. I dreaded the very though of having to wear these for three weeks 24/7, especially when daytime temperatures were around 100 F. The 20-30 mmHg Sigvaris hose (open toe) were surprisingly comfortable although difficult to put on even with the supplied foot sleeve. A very nice feature was the rubber-backed elastic band at the top of the hose, which did not curl up.
