This product does not absorb into the skin quickly. It has an oily base. As a result if you put on sandles you will find your feet sliding around. It would be a lot better if they used a cream base that would absorb quickly without the oily balm. Having said this the product seems to help with tingling and burning however there are other products out there with a quick absorbing base that work well.
