Real problems getting paid…
Real problems getting paid by these people recently.I'd been working with them successfully on supply-chain appraisal for more than a year. I'd always over delivered being generous with my time, and also pricing that time very competitively for the level of technical consulting offered.But since November last year, their expectations to stretch project briefs - without compensation have grown. And payments have been late and now short by their bank fees each time - in breach of our terms of service. More recently, they have not paid the correct invoiced amount. Moreover, a lack of timely response to my issues has left me as a highly qualified and connected contractor feeling very disrespected. The overall impression is of an organisation with a lack of professionalism and exhibiting a penny-wise pound-foolish mentality.Future cooperation is now highly doubtful.This organisation claims to be a WNS company (wns.com)
