Ignored by Customer Service
Right now, I am extremely disappointed. Previously had a great experience, so of course, I reordered from a company that had provided great service. However this time, I paid $31 for 1-3 shipping. It has now been 8 days, with 3 unanswered emails sent. I have used their Facebook messenger as well. It seems that no one wants to acknowledge my order or that fact that my order still shows “processing” after I paid extra for expedited shipping. My others orders were received within 5 days of ordering - this is my 4th time ordering. This was supposed to be a gift and now obviously did not arrive on time. I truly do not appreciate being ignored by customer service.Edit to add 2/9/24- after leaving this review my emails were found in a “spam” folder. They did resend the headphones and included a free pair of wireless earbuds for the inconvenience. Only going from one star to three because it literally took two weeks of me attempting to reach customer service including a phone call that wasn’t returned, and finally leaving the review that I feel got my situation resolved.

I love these headphones, very easy to use and perfect for camping or the gym. The quality is very decent, purchased it on the black friday deal, still works, the battery is very strong, compared to my airpods. Highly recommend!

Easy to pair with my phone!
I only have this for about a week or so since receiving. The battery life is about 5 hours, which is very impressive. They are very easy to pair with my phone. I would purchase these headphones again!
