I signed up haD THEM FOR 6 MONTHS THEN ASKED THEM ABOUT MY $100 GIFT CARD AND I THEN GOT A RUN AROUND they said i did't use enough energy what a bunch of bull they lieAND THEY KEEP SENDING ME E-MAILS ASKING FOR MORE INFOTHEY LIE SEND ME MY $100 AND LEAVE ME ALONE

Terrible customer service.

Terrible customer service.I called for help with my electric bill and got absolutely nothing. The representative, Sofía, was rude and completely unhelpful. All she kept saying was that I “consumed it” and that I have to pay, with zero explanation or willingness to review the issue. No support, no solutions, just dismissive attitude. Very frustrating and unacceptable.

The enrollment process was so simple and I love the fact there is no renewals and price protection! The savings from connecting my smart thermostat for free is a great value!

Four service from sarah supervising

Very bad experience would think energy. I had energy over the year before. And I fired them after a month. Then, a year later, they tried to sign me up with think energy. I did not request it after I talked to think energy that I did not request this.They said, okay, we take care of this.But then they send me a bill for the next following month.For a cancellation fee. I talked to sarah, who is supposed to be a supervisor and help me out.Refused to help me.She kept on saying it's my fault. They have very poor customer service. I will also be right in the bitter business bureau on my behalf of house.Poor service, this company has handled me who's still trying to charge me for something that i'm not request.And I even moved out of the place. I did cancel ogre, january 6 2025 over a year ago.

Think Home Solutions' AutoSave Makes Energy Savings Effortless! I recently switched my electric supplier to Think Energy (Think Home Solutions) here in Cogan Station, Pennsylvania, and their AutoSave program is great. Thank you to the PUC for approving this product for all of us in Pennsylvania. I'm impressed that everything runs automatically in the background—no complicated setup, no confusing rate changes, just consistent savings each month. And I am now free from spending time chasing electricity rates, sometimes every few months! Signup was simple, and the communication from Think Energy has been clear and upfront. What stands out most is the transparency of their company: I can actually see how the AutoSave program adjusts my rate (celebrating when I see it go lower) and helps keep my bill predictable, even when energy prices fluctuate. I feel like I wasn't afforded that ability when my supply was with my Utility company. Customer service is great. For any question (I love being educated around energy) a representative responds promptly and explains clearly.If you want an energy provider that’s easy to work with and actually helps you save money without lifting a finger, I highly recommend Think Energy and their AutoSave program.

Innovative Savings Program

Only company I know of that gives personalized savings based on how a customer uses their electricity. If they can't save the customer, they put them back with the utility. Monitor for free every month to see when they can save. Great deal!

With comed's rates on the rise, I'm glad I signed up for Think Energy's services because the solar discounts coupled with lower electric rates maintained a lower bill than what it normally would have been.
