ThinOptics has a very disappointing policy regarding price adjustments. The company does not offer any retroactive credit, even when the purchase was made within 48 hours and the product had not been received. Many retailers extend price protection as a standard courtesy in situations like this, which makes ThinOptics’ refusal particularly frustrating. Based on this experience, I would not recommend ThinOptics, as their customer service policies fall short regardless of the products offered. ******Thank you for your follow-up regarding my concerns about your customer service policies. I appreciate the response and would like to offer two additional suggestions for consideration.First, I am encouraged that ThinOptics might revisit its retroactive pricing policy for its future customers. However, since my original purchase, I have received two promotional offers—one for 20% off and another for 25% off. Either of these discounts would have effectively addressed the price adjustment I previously requested. Receiving these offers after being denied an adjustment only added to my frustration.Second, I recommend that customer service carefully proofread all written communications before sending them to customers. Spelling and grammatical errors in official correspondence can undermine professionalism and negatively impact the customer experience.I hope this feedback is helpful as you continue refining your policies and customer service practices.

I purchased these glasses from a promo on GMA Steals & Deals. They took over a week to get to me which is ridiculous.I ordered the ones that just sit on your nose without the part that goes around your ears.Well, they DON'T sit and stay there!Apparently, there isnt any diversity inclusion done when they designed these glasses and they only fit a certain type of "Caucasian" nose with a certain bridge. There is no way to get them to stay on my face. How am I supposed to know that?I tried to return them, but I would have to pay the shipping to return them and at the cost of the glasses, that would be pointless as I would be losing money.So, i had to keep these things and have no ability to use them.A total waste of money and their return / exchange policy is trash!Don't purchase these unless you want to lose money if they dont work for you! There are other companies out there who sell better glasses that do the same thing without the weight.I ended up buying glasses from Scojo New York and had to exchange them. That company paid for the return and shipped out the replacement BEFORE I even sent the others back.Thin Optics needs to learn a lesson on customer service and how to do it right.

This is one of the most reliable company on the internet! I purchased their keychain foldable glasses and they are great! Exactly as described. My golf buddies frequently ask to use them at our after round lunches. They are easy to carry and stay on your nose very well. Thinoptics are phenomenal!
I was first introduced to Thinoptics through a friend as I entered by mid forties and my need for readers began to develop. I cannot tell you now practical and useful these are to have them on the back of my phone. My student's call them my "Ben Franklin's" when I put them on. It's hilarious. Now nearly 10 years later, I am still raving about them as their customer service blew me away with how quickly they resolved my issue with a replacement pair for my more recently purchased pair.

Milano cases are perfect for Chemistrie ClipOns!
I bought two Milano cases to hold my two new Chemistrie Clip Ons (Gold Mirror Sunglasses and Solid Yellow with blue-light filter for day/night driving). When I received them, I was amazed how thin they are and as a bonus, they have a very powerful magnet built in so you can stack them. I didn’t even realize that. I chose to double face tape both Milano cases back to back to holds my ClipOns. The overall thickness of both of them together is barely 8 mm. They fit very comfortably in my pocket. I am extremely happy with my purchase of the Milano cases. I’m contemplating getting my wife two of the Keychain Case readers too. Those are so cool. Thank you ThinOptics!!!!
