The fight was canceled, and it cost me extra money because I had to fly the following day and missed my trip because of the airline. When I reached out to them, it was the worst experience I have ever had. They told me I needed to find the phone number I used to make the reservation. I contacted Thrive, and they told me to contact the airline. I contacted the airline, and this was the worst experience I have ever had.

The couple times I tried these kind of sights its always a disaster and nightmare and this is no different. Cancelling with the 24 hour window and getting out of this before its worse
Raymond was awesome ! He called me back three times when my credit card repeatedly was denied so we could continue trying. He also emailed me with a phone number so I could call him. It took us a night and the next day but we got it done. Thank you

I checked the box for 2 adults being a senior should not have made a difference unless it was cheaper. To have to input the info 4 times, was a bit much.

Worried it was a scam but got my flight for cheap and verified it on Delta's website so it seems to work. Communicative via email and phone
After I booked my ticket I received an email that the ticket wasn’t actually booked but an agent will work on it. I then received a voicemail a few days later claiming they needed my credit card CVV number to complete the booking. The number they left me was the general line that resulted in a phone tree system that never led me to a human. A few days after that I received an email confirmation for the ticket and related credit card charge despite never confirming the CVV. When I checked with the airline to confirm the ticket they said they showed three different flights: the one I actually booked and a return flight (one-stop) originating from a random city on a random date that I didn’t book. I’m confused and annoyed by all the hassle and there is no way to get in touch with the company.
My last minute ticket, I bought it the night before flight, was very affordable and customer support was exceptional! Everything went smooth. I'll use Thrive Travel again and would recommend them to all my friends!
